Starting January 25th, the Romanian National Television will broadcast for six weeks the pilot series produced by RCINY in 2007 and dedicated to Romanian-American cultural celebrities.

Conceived as a series of dialogues, it not only traces the personal story and professional journey of its guests and moderator - professor and author Calin-Andrei Mihailescu, poet Nina Cassian, visual artist Sasha Meret, actor and professor Niky Wolcz, translator Julian Semilian, and journalist Traian Ungureanu - but also provokes them in sharing their opinion on a large number of issues and topics high on both Romanian and American agendas.

Initially broadcast in Romania by the first public channel (Fridays at 5:15 p.m., re-broadcast at 1:45 a.m. Saturday mornings, Romanian time), it will also reach Romanian audiences throughout the world on TVR International, and also on the internet in real time at http://www.tvr.ro/.
