AFI's European Union Film Showcase greets Dorotheea Petre, Cătălin Mitulescu, and Cristian Mungiu
In collaboration with RCINY and the Romanian Embassy in Washington, DC.
AFI presents it’s 20th annual European Union Film Showcase in Washington, a firstclass selection of films from EU member states including US premieres, film festival award winners and box-office hits.
Romania has two films in the festival: 4 Months, 3 Weeks, and 2 Days by Cristian Mungiu and The Way I Spent the End of the World by Cătălin Mitulescu. The attendance of Cristian Mungiu, Dorotheea Petre and Cătălin Mitulescu is supported by RCINY.
The Romanian Embassy in Washington is offering a welcome reception for both film directors.
