South East European Film Festival, SEE Fest 2009 concluded on May 4 in Los Angeles with the screening of two Romanian films, Marian Crisan’s Palme d’Or winner Megatron (short), and feature Elevator by George Dorobantu, at UCLA’s James Bridges Theatre.

Two SEE Fest 2009 Awards went to Elevator, by George Dorobantu: Special Commendation, a prize given for best first film, and Audience Award.

With RCINY support, director George Dorobantu participated at the Festival and presented the fim to American audiences.
